There’s not a more exciting time to be a CX professional than CX Day, a global, annual holiday celebrating innovation and successes in the customer experience industry. CX Day was declared the first Tuesday in October back in 2013, so now that the holiday is about to be observed for the 7th time, the CXPA is excited to share the on-demand, online, and in-person opportunities to celebrate and make the most out of this momentous day.

The morning of CX Day:

Start your day with a Global Good Morning, an on-demand greeting and fresh take on the state of CX from a CXPA member in your region.

As you’re eating breakfast, check out one of our 30 minute Fresh Thinking Panels focused on one of the six core competencies of CX. The thought leadership from CXPA members across the globe will surely inspire you to achieve the next goal in your CX program.

Or if you’re running late for work, watch 10 Minute Takeaway videos from our CX Day sponsors that discuss what they're working on and how they’re moving the CX profession forward.

New to customer experience? You’re not alone! We’ll have a video available on “What is CX Anyway?”, an excellent resources on why the work you do is so important to your organization.

Lunchtime/afternoon:

Bring your CX team together for a Coffee Chat. CXPA’s Content Manager, Gabe Smith, CCXP has put together thought-provoking conversation starters to get the creativity flowing.

We’re hosting a CX Impact Panel featuring this year’s Impact Award winners live at 12:00 PM, CDT. Tune in and join the worldwide CX community to hear the stories made that made them winners.

Are you Ready to Take the Next Step in Your CX Journey? This webinar will show you how to control your career by earning and leveraging the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) credential.

Evening:

You might be wondering What’s Next for the CXPA. Hear directly from CXPA’s senior leadership on how we’re preparing to serve our members better.

Grab your favorite beverage and close out CX Day with a celebratory toast as we close out the day. Join the CXPA Board and CX community by adding your virtual toast to Facebook and tag us.

If you live near a CXPA Network, chances are they’re hosting a CX Day celebration sometime that day! While we’ll have a map on CXDay.org showing all of our networks hosting a CX Day event updated soon, but take a look at CXPA’s event listings to see currently published event plans with many more to come.

How to plan your company’s CX Day celebration:

There’s no better way to show your CX pride than planning a celebration at your own company. If you’re looking for inspiration on where to get started, check out our ideas and resources and submissions from other companies on how they celebrated. If you already have CX Day plans and want to showcase them to the world, submit your celebration to us and be featured on CXDay.org.
