JC began his career at AT&T Bell Laboratories and has held a variety of positions at AT&T, Lucent, Avaya and Health Strategies Group leading their business process design, Voice of the Customer-based new product development, and enterprise innovation programs.
In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of CXPA, JC is the Chair of the CCXP Advisory Committee. He has experience as a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award trained examiner and has earned certifications as a CCXP, MRA Professional Researcher and as an Avaya Certified Specialist in Computer Networking.
JC holds a BS in Management from St. John’s University (NY) and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
