Dave is currently responsible for B2B customer experience programs for the Hybrid IT business unit at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. With more than 40 years of experience in the high tech industry, including over 20 years of experience in designing and deploying world class voice of the customer programs across multiple business units worldwide, Dave is a recognized subject matter expert in driving customer loyalty improvement for HPE.
Prior to his current role, Dave has held a variety of business roles in Service and Support, Business Operations, and Change Management. Dave began his career with Digital Equipment Corporation with subsequent roles at Compaq Computer Corporation, and Hewlett Packard before his current role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Dave graduated with a BS in Business Management from Columbia College, and a DD-214 from the USAF.
