Bio

I am an internationally experienced senior leader and CX professional who works with leadership teams to drive people-centric thinking and approaches, as part of innovative organisational transformation.

I work with CEOs, leadership teams, business owners, startup founders, and their teams to design and deploy people-centric strategies capable of delivering significant improvements in customer and employee experience while adding organisational and shareholder value. I providing coaching services for those new in CX roles, or anyone looking to take their CX carer to the next level. I also help CX leaders build teams and develop capability in CX.

I have worked in, and with, everything from new startups to large, global corporate entities, local, regional and central government, non-profit organisations and academic institutions, across a range of teams - legal, marketing, strategy, product development and industries - professional services, digital and media, technology product development, financial services, telecommunications, education, and the fuel industry.
