My experience thus far has largely encompassed coaching and advising in areas of quality improvement, risk management and ethics as they relate to service delivery, client experience, event reporting, and policy development in the field of healthcare and social services.
I am very passionate about connecting, collaborating, and coaching individuals to facilitate the collection and exchange of knowledge and to maintain client/stakeholder networks in order to raise awareness of trends and changes that may affect business needs and operations.
