Bio

I have been in the chemical industry for 25 years, starting in the labs, moving to Customer Service/Sales, to Customer Service Manager/Marketing, to CX. As the CX Manager for SynQuest, I'm charged with solidifying and communicating our CX strategies and best practices throughout and across our organization, and fostering the growth and evolution of our customer and employee experiences in the process. I love this work, and all things CX. My special superpower is sifting through the daily static and information, locating the clarity, correctly identifying emerging trends and directions.

I live in a restored farmhouse on a lake, in historic Melrose, FL, with my some of my closest friends as neighbors. Dogs, kids, live music, design of all kinds, traveling, history, popular culture, cooking, dining, and...and.. and.. you name it. Except sports. Don't care. :-)
