The Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA.org) is thrilled to launch the CX Innovation Awards which recognize successful and creative work in the customer experience space. These awards are for practitioners who have implemented customer experience efforts within their companies (not for vendors and consultants that have helped). We encourage all practitioners to submit a nomination describing an actual initiative in any of the four categories:
- Voice of the Customer: Generating and acting upon customer insights
- Employee Engagement: Embedding a customer experience mindset throughout an organization
- Business Case/ROI: Developing a compelling connection between CX and business results
- Wild Card: Customer experience work not included in other categories
The nomination process is easy – a simple online form – but the timing is hard and fast. We want to recognize finalists at our CX Members Insight Exchange in San Diego on June 19-20, so we need submissions no later than May 11. We plan to select finalists in each category by May 25.
A panel of expert judges will review submissions based on the innovativeness of the practice, the strength of the business or organizational results, and the potential for the innovation to be more widely adopted within the industry. Judges will be announced at a later date.
In addition to filling out this form, nominees can submit one additional document with up to five pages of graphics. Just title the file with the name of your company and send it to email@example.com.
